As we drove back home from the New Year’s Holiday weekend I asked my three older kids which focus topic they would like to ponder with me this week. One chose Love, another Peace and the last chose Kindness. It excites me to set aside a few minutes each day with my mini-me’s and play my small part in their earthly learning and pondering of the scriptures.
We started our study of Love in Matthew 19:19
And quickly found ourselves in Mark 10:21
21 Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and giveto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me.
And then watched a few minutes from Elder Palmer’s April 2017 talk titled “Then Jesus beholding him loved him.”
