Isaiah 61: 1-2
1 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
Oh what a glorious thing it is-to know that the Savior is come to free us from the bondage of this world!
Today’s advent seemed the perfect day to share my testimony of the gospel with you sisters. I know that this church is true, that Jesus is our savior and that he has pain the price for our sins, that we may return to live with him in heaven again.
I testify that we have a divine calling here on this earth, and a divine nature to aid and assist us as we strive to do the Lord’s work in our daily lives. I testify that families can be forever and ever in all eternities and that the heavens are open and the Lord speaks to us, his servants, in these later days.
Thank you for your love and spirit sisters. You are all amazing and are so very loved by your father in heaven.
